Shipping policy

Time to ship product:

Orders will generally ship within 1 week of purchase.

Pre-orders will have varying lead times.

Shipping Services:

Domestic:

Shipping will be done via United States Postal Services. Either First Class, Ground, or Priority. 

*UPS options added for Christmas if chosen by customer.

Package size and contents may determine which method is used at shippers discretion. 

Packages returned due to incorrect address input by customer will be re-shipped at customers expense.

International:

Orders are to be placed at customers own risk.

P.O. Boxes are not currently allowed for International orders.

Orders can not be combined after the fact due to customs paperwork.

The shipping rates displayed do NOT include duties, taxes, processing fees, or brokerage fees that may be charged upon delivery and are required to obtain your order. 

You are responsible for paying any fees assessed upon receipt of your package.

Replacement value of your order will be listed on the customs forms.

Orders will not be marked as "gifts" on the customs forms.

We do not issue any refunds for shipping or the cost of your order if you refuse or fail to pay the customs fees required in order to receive your package.

It is up to you to follow tracking and fees for your incoming package.

EDC Outlaw does not cover any return shipping fees for delivery failure we are not responsible for.  (Example of our mishap... we ship to an address other than what was provided as shipping address.)

Not all items will have duty and/or taxes applied; in fact, some items may not be charged at all, regardless of value. But please realize that you could be charged and these fees must be paid to your post office or carrier before you can get your package. We do not know if you will be charged, or how much. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.

NOTE: We do not offer replacements or refunds for items that are reported missing IF the shipper is able to show confirmation that the package was delivered into your country's mail service and your country's mail system also shows that the package was delivered. Orders are placed at your own risk. 

Where applicable you may have an optional choice of shipping method to include USPS Priority Mail International, USPS First Class Mail International or UPS courier services.  You assume risks when selecting services.

  • USPS International is a more affordable option but with more risks once it leaves the states as it transfers to local courier from there.
  • USPS International does not offer tracking in transit status. Only confirmation of delivery.
  • USPS International Mail may take up to 45 days to consider a package as lost. This means no claims can be made against lost or theft for some time. We can not say how well handling a theft of contents claim will be handled in your area.

In any case of an issue with any carrier we will help as much as we can and provide additional information but any theft or missing contents will be between you, the carrier, and or the local authorities if necessary for domestic and international orders.
